DPA Testing

Up until now, the simplest way to know if you were prone to a heart attack or stroke was to actually have one!

If someone were able to find a way that furnished early detection, measures could be taken to not only reduce his/her risk, and turn back the clock and restore normal cardiovascular functioning. Cardiovascular circulation plays an essential role in every system in your body. From feeling great and looking great to prevention of deadly diseases, efficient cardiovascular circulation is paramount.

So why wait until it’s too late?

DPA Testing Can Reveal Signs of Early Cardiovascular Disease

We now know that early changes occur in blood vessels long before clinical disease manifests itself in the form of a heart attack or stroke. These changes are reflected in your DPA score. Wouldn’t you want to find out if these signs were present, especially if there were a way to reverse them?

Most people do not focus on prevention; they wait until clinical symptoms manifest before taking action. By this point, however, one is usually able to only focus on being as comfortable as possible for the remainder of life, but not restoring normal health.

Treatment modalities, at this point, are also much more involved, such as surgery and expensive prescription drugs. This invasive and toxic measures come with side effects.

Maintenance is Better than Repair

We all know that maintenance is better than repair. Some of us actually live our lives that way. So, we ask, why would one go to the dentist every year, to prevent tooth decay, but not get checked for cardiovascular “decay”?

The answer is that they don’t know how easy it is to get a cardiovascular checkup. It is called the simple, non-invasive, painless and inexpensive DPA test. In most areas of the country, it is now easy to schedule this test.

DPAMachine-DigitalPulseAnalyzerThe DPA provides information on arterial wall stiffness and determines the biological age of arteries in less than 3 minutes. This FDA approved, user-friendly, non-invasive device uses a finger probe to observe the changes in pressure, blood flow, velocity and profile throughout the whole pulse wave.

Measurements With The DPA

Pulse Rate

Ejection time (Etc)
Pulse Height (PH) - Pulse amplitude
Ejection Elastic Index (EEI)-- indicator of Left Ventricle ejection and elasticity of large arteries
Dicrotic Dilation Index (DDI)- indicator of small artery compliance
Dicrotic Elastic Index (DEI) - peripheral vessel elasticity (arterioles to veins)
Software program to measure Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
Software program will store all patient information

Doctors and Hospitals Use This Test Too!

The DPA machine is an FDA approved device. Some hospitals charge as much as $500 for the test. Unfortunately, your physician does not usually order this test for you until after you have displayed clinical symptoms of cardiovascular disease. You are then advised to make some changes, like prescription drug therapy, or modifications to your lifestyle, and then re-test at a later date to see how effective those changes are.

The DPA test works. It’s inexpensive. It can help you avoid life-changing cardiovascular events that make hospitals and doctors a lot of money, but make you and your loved ones miserable.

So, why wait until it’s too late? For a small fraction of the cost and just three minutes of your time, you can find out now. Documentation exists to help you interpret your results. Numerous modalities and modifications are at your disposal which have been shown to help restore circulation
